We are an open community that comes together in-person and on Zoom (twice weekly) to practice mindfulness meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
What a joyful day yesterday! Thirty (plus or minus) people accepted the transmission of the Five Mindfulness Trainings from Joanne Friday. Lots of smiles, a few tears and pleased murmurs were heard as Joanne read out each Dharma name.
